Warehouse
Yes — if you're local to Orlando, FL. Schedule a warehouse appointment Monday–Saturday, 9 AM–5 PM. You can inspect any unsold pallet in person, verify the manifest against the physical contents, and pay on-site. No appointment needed for pickup after purchase, but we recommend booking a slot for pre-purchase inspection so we can pull the pallet to our viewing area.

High-demand pallets move in 24–72 hours. Electronics, tools, and name-brand cosmetics sell fastest. We restock every Tuesday and Friday at 9 AM EST. Absolutely. Buy 3–5 pallets and get 5% off. Buy 6+ and get 10% off. Returns
7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If the pallet condition or contents don't match the listing description, contact us within 7 days of delivery. For freight orders, you must note damage on the BOL at delivery for carrier claims. For local pickup, inspect before you leave. Custom/container orders and "Mystery" pallets are final sale — but their manifests are still guaranteed accurate.
Shipping
Free on pallets over $500 within the continental U.S. Under $500, freight is calculated by weight and distance at checkout. Local pickup in Orlando is always free. International and container shipping is quoted case-by-case — request a freight quote and we'll respond within 4 hours.
Payment
Credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Venmo, and bank transfer/ACH for orders over $2,000. Cash on pickup accepted for local Orlando buyers. All transactions are secure and encrypted. We never store your card details.

Yes — we export worldwide. We've shipped pallets to the Caribbean, Latin America, Europe, and Africa. We handle palletizing to container specs, customs documentation, and freight forwarder coordination. Minimum order for international is typically 6 pallets or a half-container. Contact us with your destination and we'll quote within 24 hours.
Pickup
After payment, you'll receive a pickup confirmation with your pallet ID and warehouse address. Bring a truck or van — most pallets are 48"×40" and weigh 200–800 lbs. We'll load it for you with a forklift. Appointment slots are every 30 minutes Monday–Saturday, 9 AM–5 PM. Same-day pickup available if you pay before 2 PM.
Timing
Most pallets ship within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Freight pickups are scheduled next-business-day. You'll receive tracking info or a BOL (Bill of Lading) within 4 hours of dispatch. During peak periods (Black Friday, Q4), allow up to 48 hours. We'll always communicate if there's a delay.
